LAMINATION

Lamination & Mounting usually goes hand in hand with large format printing. Since most papers are delicate and not waterproof (We offer waterproof papers as well as standard papers), lamination is a great way to finish your project. We offer mainly three Online Printing Machins of lamination: Gloss, Matte, and Luster. Gloss lamination and matte lamination are applied with a heated laminator. This is the most common type of lamination, mainly because of its high quality and low price. Lexjet lamination is the option we offer. It is a very durable, non glare, scratch resistant, protective coating that is mainly used for trade shows.
We are capable of laminating up to 60” wide. For gloss and matte lamination, we use 5mil lamination front and back with encapsulation, to prevent pealing. When using our Lexjet lamination in conjunction with a special backer, it yields a 20mil product that can withstand the abuse that most trade show events dish out.

Which material should I use?
Artboard and Foamcore are primarily used for mock-ups, prints to be framed and other single use applications.
Gatorfoam and Masonite are most often used to display unframed prints.
Durable Sintra protects prints and can be used for trade shows and other displays. Waterproof and flexible, it can be used outdoors as well.
Plexiglass is typically used for mounting display transparencies.
Lexan is a rollable substrate primarily used for “pop-up” (velcro/megnetic) trade show displays.

POSTERS

Poster printed from your file with 3 mil lamination on front & Back.
We manufacture Posters from your artwork or from layouts custom designed by our artists. Posters are printed on a photo base paper and then are laminated for protection.

Prices include Two Sided Lamination – Choice of Matte or Gloss on Surface.
Gloss laminate really makes the colors pop and effectively enhances photographs. Gloss laminate does produce reflections and may not be suitable in a highly spot lit booth.

EVENT BANNERS

We manufacture banners from your artwork or from layouts custom designed by our artists. Banner materials range from laminated paper to vinyl’s, synthetics or cloth.

Up to 600 DPI, full – four color, graphics are digitally printed on a variety of materials 60″ wide by 100′ long. Spot color Vinyl lettering or graphics may be applied to a variety of materials of almost any size for interior or exterior use.

Pricing is a function of size, complexity of artwork and quality of the banner itself.
Very large backdrops can be digitally printed and quickly assembled.

Standees and Cutouts

We manufacture STANDEES and CUT-OUTS for use asself-standing display elements.
STANDEES are finished with an appropriate sized, hinged easel back to be self standing.
CUT-OUTS are finished with hook Velcro on the back for attachment to a fabric booth surface

The graphics are from your digital artwork, photos or from layouts custom designed by our artists.

Multiple Pieces must be from same original

For Multiple Pieces having any dimension of less than 22″ it is best to call for a quote. A substantial reduction may be possible by nesting such smaller pieces when printing.

Use the overall (maximum) dimensions for width and length.
Multiple Pieces must be from same original except for letters.
For letters use the length and width of one letter and total number of letters for pieces.
CUT-OUTS are finished with hook velcro on the back for attachment to a fabric booth surface.
